🛍️ Made-to-Order Products

All Luma Space products are custom-made to order. Production begins only after payment is received. Due to the personalized nature of our offerings:

  • Returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not allowed once an order is placed.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Record an unpacking video from the moment you open the package.

  2. Send the video and clear photos to support@lumaspace.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team inspects every product before shipping. In rare cases of shipping damage, we’ll work closely with you to resolve the issue swiftly.


⚠️ Important Guidelines

  • Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe or absence of an unboxing video may result in rejection of your return/replacement request.

  • Luma Space reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request that doesn’t meet the stated conditions.

  • Items that do not qualify for a return or replacement will be sent back at the customer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.
