  • Once your order is confirmed, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and production before shipment.
  • Since each product is custom-made, this processing time is essential to ensure top-notch quality.

📦 Shipping Time & Rates

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

You will be able to review your shipping cost before completing your purchase.


🕒 Delivery Estimates

We strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe shown during checkout. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as:

  • National holidays or unforeseen events

⚠️ Damaged Deliveries

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  2. Share an unboxing video along with the images.
  3. Email us at support@lumaspace.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.

Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage during transit.
  • We are unable to process exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.
