Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case that your order is damaged during transit or you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package.
  2. Share the video and clear images of the defect with us within 24 hours of delivery.

This helps us verify the issue and resolve it smoothly.

Our team conducts strict quality checks before shipping, but if anything goes wrong during transit, we’ll handle it with utmost care and responsibility.

⚠️ Important Note

  • Any delay in reporting damages or missing an unboxing video may result in disqualification for replacement.
  • Luma Space reserves the right to deny returns or replacements that don’t meet our terms. Any non-eligible item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement promptly.
